We work either from free issue material or material we’ve purchased ourselves.

Design and manufacture is handled by skilled operators of the latest CAD/CAM software, including Autodesk Inventor, Autocad and Radan.

Using Inventor, the Guilform Group CAD team will model your design precisely in 3D, allowing them to electronically prototype panels and thoroughly test it in advance of manufacture and installation.

Manufacture
Our integrated CAD/CAM system means that when we draw up your design, the information we use is downloaded directly to our Elumatec machines to avoid and eliminate error.

Our equipment includes:
CNC controlled offline programmable twin headed compound mitre saw.
Multiheaded offline programmable CNC machining centres.
Corner crimpers for making windows and doors
Twin headed compound mitre notching saws.
Schüco mullion notching machine

Capacity
Our 32,500 sq foot of cladding facility, ample supply of machinery and careful scheduling mean that capacity should not be an issue in most cases.  As the Group is soundly financed, we have the financial and personnel resources to find a solution for even the largest jobs.
