Design:
Design and manufacture is handled by skilled operators of the latest CAD/CAM software, including Autodesk Inventor, Autocad and Radan.

Using Inventor, the Guilform Group CAD team will fully model your design precisely in 3D, allowing them to open doors, remove panels, and thoroughly test it in advance of manufacture and installation.

Manufacture:
Our production process is fully CNC driven. 

Our plant includes:
- Pyramid rolls, which can roll up to 4.3 metres in length (14 feet -more than any other UK ACM fabricator) with conical capabilities.
- Turret punches, which provide a huge range of options for perforating and cosmetic finishes.
- Striebig Wall saw/routers.
- Six CNC flatbed routers.

Final assembly is carried out by experienced fabricators.

Capacity
Our 32,500 sq foot cladding facility is extensively equipped with efficient CNC machinery, allowing us to manage even the largest and most detailed projects.  The Guilform Group is soundly financed, and has the financial and personnel resources to find solutions, whatever your requirements.
